Pan Seared Oven Roasted Steak

Instructions
- Allow the steak to rest at room temperature for 30-40 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Pat the meat dry using paper towels and season generously with salt and steak seasoning.
- Melt butter and oil in a 12-inch cast iron or oven-safe pan over medium-high heat.
- Sear both sides of the steak for about 4-5 minutes until a dark crust forms.
- Add crushed garlic and rosemary to the pan.
- Transfer the pan to the preheated oven and cook until the internal temperature reaches 135°F to 140°F for medium rare, about 7-10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing.
