Instructions
- Season the steak generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat the olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until it starts smoking.
- Add the garlic and rosemary to the skillet, followed by the steak.
- Sear the steak for 4 minutes on one side, then flip it over and add butter to the pan.
- Cook the other side for another 4 minutes, basting it with the melted butter.
- Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving with flaky salt.
