Instructions
- Prepare the stir fry sauce by mixing soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar in a small bowl.
- In another bowl, combine sriracha and mayonnaise for the drizzle.
- Mince garlic, grate ginger, and slice green onions.
- Crush the ramen noodles in their package and discard the seasoning packet.
- Chop the chicken into small pieces.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add cooking oil, and sauté the chicken until cooked through.
- Add garlic and ginger halfway through cooking the chicken.
- Once the chicken is cooked, add the coleslaw mix and sauté for about 2 minutes.
- Add the stir fry sauce and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until the cabbage is softened.
- Turn off the heat, stir in the crushed ramen, and top with green onions and sriracha mayo.
