Easy Spicy Garlic Ramen Noodles

Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles in boiling water until al dente, then drain and rinse with cool water.
- Whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili garlic sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the ground chicken or turkey, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Add ginger, garlic, and the white parts of green onions to the meat and cook until the meat is no longer pink.
- Drain excess grease if needed, then add the drained noodles and the sauce to the skillet along with frozen peas.
- Toss everything together and cook until the peas are heated through.
- Garnish with the green parts of green onions and cashews before serving.
