Spicy Sesame Noodles with Chicken

Instructions
- 1. Boil salted water and cook the spaghetti until al dente.
- 2. In a skillet, cook garlic and snow peas until fragrant.
- 3. Mix ginger, vinegar, soy sauce, canola oil, water, sesame oil, sriracha, and honey in a bowl.
- 4. Drain the spaghetti and return it to the pot.
- 5. Add chicken and the garlic-snow pea mixture to the pot.
- 6. Pour the sauce over the spaghetti and mix well.
- 7. Stir in scallions and cilantro before serving.
