Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water.
- While the water boils, prepare the sauce by whisking together all sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook until al dente, then drain.
- In a large bowl, combine the drained noodles, chicken, bell pepper, green onions, and fresh herbs.
- Drizzle the peanut sauce over the mixture and toss until well coated.
- Garnish with chopped peanuts and sesame seeds before serving.
