Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas, sliced into 12 slices each
  • ΒΌ cup pineapple juice
  • 24 pieces strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Brush banana slices with pineapple juice to prevent browning.
  2. Assemble the kabobs by threading a strawberry, a banana slice, and 2-3 blueberries onto each skewer.
  3. Store the kabobs in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
