Instructions
- Cook bacon in a skillet until browned and crispy, then drain on paper towels and reserve the drippings.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded Brussels sprouts, cooked bacon, parsley, pecans, diced pears, gorgonzola, and shallots.
- Whisk together all dressing ingredients or shake in a jar, then pour over the salad and toss to combine.
