Shrimp Fra Diavolo Pizza

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Heat 1 Tbsp. of olive oil in a skillet and season the shrimp with salt and pepper before sautéing for one minute on each side.
- Remove the shrimp and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add 2 Tbsp. of olive oil and sauté the onions until translucent, then add garlic and sauté for one more minute.
- Deglaze the pan with wine, then add tomatoes, crushed red pepper, and oregano, simmering for 10-15 minutes.
- Brush the pizza crust with the remaining olive oil and sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Spread the tomato mixture over the cheese, add the shrimp, and top with the remaining mozzarella.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the dough rises and the cheese melts, then garnish with basil and Parmesan.
