Lobster Fra Diavolo Bianco

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a large sauté pan, heat olive oil and add chopped garlic.
- Once the garlic is sautéed, add the sliced tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes before reducing to a simmer.
- Add the lobster meat, pepperoncini, basil, and red pepper flakes, cooking for another 3-4 minutes. If the sauce is too dry, add a few tablespoons of pasta cooking water.
- Drain the pasta and toss it with the sautéed lobster mixture, adding extra olive oil if needed.
- Serve and enjoy, optionally topping with grated Romano cheese.
