Lobster Fra Diavolo Bianco

Ingredients

  • 12-16 ounces cooked lobster meat
  • ½ pint grape tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 10-12 pieces pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 12 ounces spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large sauté pan, heat olive oil and add chopped garlic.
  3. Once the garlic is sautéed, add the sliced tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes before reducing to a simmer.
  4. Add the lobster meat, pepperoncini, basil, and red pepper flakes, cooking for another 3-4 minutes. If the sauce is too dry, add a few tablespoons of pasta cooking water.
  5. Drain the pasta and toss it with the sautéed lobster mixture, adding extra olive oil if needed.
  6. Serve and enjoy, optionally topping with grated Romano cheese.
