Spicy Lobster Bucatini with Burrata

Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a medium boil and cook the lobster tails for about 1 minute until mostly opaque, then cool them under cold water.
- Cut the lobster shell and remove the meat, chopping it into bite-size pieces.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and toast crushed red pepper for about 1 minute.
- Add the marinara sauce and olives to the skillet, simmer for about 5 minutes, and adjust seasoning as desired.
- Mix in Italian parsley, if using, then divide the pasta onto plates, garnishing with lobster pieces and a ball of burrata on top.
