Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a muffin tin by greasing it or lining it with paper liners.
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor or mix them in a bowl until smooth.

- Divide the batter evenly into the muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool for at least 20 minutes before removing them from the pan.
