Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare the muffin tin with liners and cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, maple syrup, pumpkin, eggs, and vanilla, and whisk until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, ground flaxseed, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips, and whisk again until smooth.
- Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin liners, filling them three-quarters full.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until a knife comes out clean, then cool on a wire rack.
