Healthy Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a muffin tin with 12 muffin liners.
- In a large bowl, combine almond butter, pumpkin puree, eggs, maple syrup, coconut sugar, cacao powder, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop the batter into the muffin cups using a ¼ cup measure, and sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the muffins rise and the tops look dry.
- Cool in the pan for 20 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve at room temperature or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
