Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- 2. Line a muffin tin with liners or grease it well.
- 3. Add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- 4. Pour the mixture into a medium-sized bowl and fold in the chocolate chips.
- 5. Scoop the batter into each muffin liner, filling them about ¾ full.
- 6. Bake for 17-18 minutes.
- 7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
