Ingredients

The batter

  • 2 cups Wholesome Yum Blanched Almond Flour
  • 6 tbsp Dutch processed cocoa powder
  • ½ tbsp Baking powder
  • ¼ tsp Sea salt
  • cup Unsalted butter (softened)
  • ½ cup Besti Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
  • 3 large Eggs
  • ½ cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

The frosting

  • ½ recipe Keto Chocolate Frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and sweetener together until fluffy.
  3. Add the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sea salt, and mix well.
  4. Incorporate the eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract into the mixture.
  5. Spoon the batter into the lined muffin cups, filling them almost full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely before frosting with keto chocolate frosting.
