Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and prepare a 12-count muffin tin with liners.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl until combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until mostly smooth.
- Distribute the batter evenly into the muffin tin.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Let the cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
