Ingredients

  • cups chocolate chips
  • ½ cup almonds
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¼ cup grapeseed oil or palm shortening
  • ¼ cup agave nectar or honey
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • teaspoon celtic sea salt

Instructions

  1. Place chocolate and almonds in a food processor and grind until coarse.
  2. Pulse in the eggs, grapeseed oil, and agave.
  3. Add vanilla and salt, then pulse to combine.
  4. Spoon the batter into a paper-lined muffin pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Cool and frost with Chocolate Frosting before serving.
