Instructions
- Trim the ends off the cucumbers.
- Use a vegetable peeler to shave the cucumbers into ribbons and place them in a small mixing bowl.
- Gently toss the cucumber ribbons with the remaining ingredients.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 20-30 minutes before serving.
