Instructions
- For cucumbers, combine cucumbers, salt, sugar, garlic, dill, coriander seeds, mustard seeds, bay leaf, and chile pepper in a jar. Add water and vinegar to fill the jar. Shake and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- For red onions, fill a jar with red onion, salt, sugar, jalapeño, cilantro, and chives. Add water and vinegar to fill the jar. Shake and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- For radishes, fill a jar with radishes, salt, sugar, chives, dill, coriander seeds, mustard seeds, and peppercorns. Add water and vinegar to fill the jar. Shake and refrigerate for at least one hour.
