Ingredients

The cucumbers

  • 8 oz cucumber

The seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Chinese rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Rinse the cucumbers under cold water and slice them thinly.
  2. Mix the sliced cucumbers with salt and let them sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Drain the excess water from the cucumbers.
  4. Add sugar and vinegar to the cucumbers and stir well.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
