Easy Prosciutto Spinach Frittata

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, and thyme in a large bowl.
- Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Add prosciutto to the pan and cook until slightly crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the prosciutto and add olive oil, followed by cherry tomatoes; sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, then add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stir in parmesan cheese and the cooked prosciutto, then pour the egg mixture over the top.
- Let the mixture sit on medium-low heat for 4 minutes without touching it.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until set.
- Garnish with more parmesan cheese and serve.
