Ingredients

Instructions

  3. Slowly whisk in the warm cashew milk to avoid cooking the egg yolks, then return the mixture to the saucepan and heat until it thickens.
  4. Cover the saucepan and refrigerate the mixture until chilled.
  5. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn for 5-10 minutes, or freeze it in a container, stirring every 10-15 minutes for the first hour if not using a machine.
