Instructions
- Soak the cashews overnight in enough purified water to cover them by 2 inches.
- In the morning, drain and rinse the cashews, discarding the soaking water.
- Puree the cashews with 4 cups of purified water in a high-powered blender until smooth.
- Store the cashew milk in a glass jug in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
