Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 4 cups purified water

Instructions

  1. Soak the cashews overnight in enough purified water to cover them by 2 inches.
  2. In the morning, drain and rinse the cashews, discarding the soaking water.
  3. Puree the cashews with 4 cups of purified water in a high-powered blender until smooth.
  4. Store the cashew milk in a glass jug in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
