Ingredients

  • ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt

  • 1 ½ cups frozen mixed berries
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2-3 teaspoons honey or agave/maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add the almond milk, spinach, yogurt, oats, berries, turmeric, ginger, and honey to a high-powered blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend until smooth, adjusting sweetness to taste.
  3. If using a regular blender, blend the almond milk, spinach, and yogurt first, then add the other ingredients.
  4. Serve immediately.
