Carrot Ginger Turmeric Smoothie

Instructions
- Make carrot juice by blending carrots and filtered water until smooth.
- Strain the juice using a dish towel over a bowl to extract the liquid.
- Transfer the carrot juice to a mason jar and set aside.
- Add the smoothie ingredients to the blender and blend until creamy.
- Adjust flavors as needed by adding more banana, pineapple, lemon, ginger, or turmeric.
- Divide the smoothie between two glasses and serve immediately.
