Tropical Turmeric Smoothie

Instructions
- Brew the golden milk by combining all five ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil, then simmer for five minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature or refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Add the fresh or frozen fruit to a blender and pour the cooled golden milk on top.
- Blend until smooth and serve immediately, garnished with fresh mint if desired.
