Mocha Cheesecake Brownies

The cheesecake layer

full-fat brick cream cheese

granulated sugar

egg

pure vanilla extract

white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Melt the butter and chopped chocolate, then cool slightly.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare a baking pan.
- Whisk sugar into the cooled chocolate mixture, then add eggs one at a time and whisk in vanilla.
- Fold in flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar, egg, and vanilla, and fold in white chocolate chips.
- Spread half of the brownie batter in the pan, top with cheesecake batter, then add remaining brownie batter.
- Sprinkle optional chocolate chips on top and bake for 35-38 minutes.
- Cool in the pan for 45 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
