Ingredients

Brownie Base

  • 1 batch favorite brownie batter

Cheesecake Layer

  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch salt
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions and pour it into a 9x9 baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the egg, vanilla, and salt to the cream cheese mixture and mix until creamy.
  5. Stir in the white chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter and swirl it together with a knife.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
