Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and prepare a baking pan with cooking spray and parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 egg and 1 egg yolk, then add water, honey, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
- In a large bowl, mix almond meal, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Mix softened cream cheese with sugar, reserved egg white, and remaining vanilla, then pour over the brownie batter.
- Swirl the cream cheese mixture into the brownie batter with a toothpick.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
