Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Add almond flour, powdered allulose, cocoa powder, sea salt, and eggs to the melted mixture and stir until uniform.
- Transfer ¾ of the brownie batter to the lined pan and set aside the remaining batter.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered allulose until fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by lemon juice and vanilla extract.
- Fold in ¼ of the reserved brownie batter into the cheesecake mixture, creating swirls.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer in the pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the cheesecake layer is almost set but still slightly jiggly.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting.
