Instructions
- Mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, and sweetener in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine melted butter and vanilla, then add to the almond flour mixture and stir until uniform.
- Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a lined springform pan and chill.
- Melt the unsweetened chocolate carefully and let it cool.
- Beat the cream cheese, powdered sweetener, and vanilla until fluffy.
- Mix the cooled chocolate into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the filling into the crust and smooth it out, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
