Ingredients

The pops

  • 2 pieces very ripe bananas
  • 1 cup Almond Breeze Almondmilk Coconutmilk Original Unsweetened
  • 1 cup creamy almond butter
  • 2-4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Malted Coconut Honey (optional)

  • 1 cup Almond Breeze Almondmilk Coconutmilk Original Unsweetened
  • 1 cup honey or coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup malted milk powder
  • a pinch sea salt

Chocolate Shell

  • 12 ounces dark chocolate
  • cup coconut oil
  • to taste roasted chopped almonds
  • to taste toasted coconut
  • to taste sea salt

Instructions

  1. Blend the bananas, almond butter, almond milk, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or cups, insert sticks, and freeze for about 4 hours.
  3. If making the malted honey, heat almond milk, honey (or sugar), coconut oil, and malted milk powder until boiling, then cook until thickened.
  4. Dip the frozen pops in the malted honey sauce and freeze again for 20 minutes.
  5. Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil together, then cool slightly.
  6. Dip the pops in the chocolate shell and sprinkle with almonds, coconut, and sea salt.
  7. Enjoy immediately or store in the freezer.
