Whole30 Chicken Thighs with Raspberry-Balsamic Sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375º F.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry and sprinkle with salt.
- Heat ghee in a medium oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken thighs skin side down and cook for 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Flip the chicken thighs and transfer the skillet to the oven, cooking for another 10 minutes.
- Blend raspberries, garlic, thyme, and balsamic vinegar in a food processor until smooth.
- Season the sauce with salt and honey if desired.
- Remove chicken from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving with the sauce.
