Raspberry Balsamic Baked Chicken Wings

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with foil, placing wire racks on top.
- Pat the chicken dry and season with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.
- Arrange the chicken on the wire racks without touching each other.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Meanwhile, prepare the raspberry balsamic sauce by combining balsamic vinegar, raspberry jam, water, soy sauce, and ginger in a pot over medium-low heat, whisking until dissolved.
- Bring the sauce to a boil and let it simmer for five minutes until thickened, then remove from heat and stir in butter.
- Once the chicken is done, toss it in a bowl with the sauce and sliced green onion until fully coated.
- Serve warm.
