Balsamic Glazed Chicken Drumsticks

cassava flour or arrowroot starch

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper or foil.
- Place the drumsticks on the baking pan and bake for 35 minutes until browned and crispy.
- While the chicken is baking, prepare the sauce by mixing all remaining ingredients in a small saucepan.
- Heat the sauce to a low boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 4-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- After 35 minutes, remove the chicken from the oven and brush both sides with the sauce.
- Return the chicken to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, then remove and allow to cool slightly before serving.
