Asian Glazed Chicken Drumsticks

Instructions
- 1. Brown the chicken in a heavy large saucepan with olive oil spray for 3-4 minutes.
- 2. Add water, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sriracha; bring to a boil.
- 3. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for about 20 minutes.
- 4. Remove the cover, increase heat to high, and reduce the sauce for 8-10 minutes until thickened, turning the chicken occasionally.
- 5. Transfer the chicken to a platter, pour the sauce over it, and garnish with chives and sesame seeds.
