Honey Balsamic Drumsticks

The sauce

honey

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Rinse the chicken and pat it dry, then drizzle with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and toss to coat.
- Combine the seasoning mixture and massage it into the chicken pieces.
- Heat a large dutch oven over medium heat and add 2 teaspoons of olive oil, ensuring it's evenly distributed.
- Brown the chicken for 2 minutes on each side, working in batches if necessary.
- While the chicken is searing, whisk together the sauce ingredients and add them to the pan.
- Gently toss the chicken to coat it in the sauce, cover the pan, and bake for 20 minutes.
- Flip the chicken pieces, baste with the sauce, and return to the oven for another 20 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the pot and cover to keep warm.
- Bring the sauce to a boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes until it thickens.
- Return the chicken to the pan and toss it in the glaze before serving.
