Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF and prepare a baking sheet with foil and wire racks.
- Season the chicken drumsticks with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.
- Place the coated drumsticks on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the drumsticks for about 50 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- While the chicken bakes, combine sriracha, butter, and honey in a small pot and heat until smooth.
- Brush the sauce over the baked chicken and serve.
