Instructions
- 1. Pat the drumsticks dry and place them in a non-reactive container, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- 2. In a bowl, combine the marinade ingredients and whisk until mixed.
- 3. Pour the marinade over the drumsticks and ensure they are fully coated.
- 4. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for about 6 hours or overnight.
- 5. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- 6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and transfer the drumsticks onto it, ensuring space between them.
- 7. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, turning once or twice, until cooked through and crispy.
- 8. Garnish with additional sesame seeds if desired and serve immediately.
