Chicken with Creamy Avocado Sauce

Instructions
- Combine avocado oil, smoked paprika, onion powder, and salt in a small bowl to make the marinade.
- Place chicken in a large zip-top plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
- In the meantime, prepare the avocado sauce by blending avocado, Greek yogurt, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, and lime juice until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 8 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Serve the grilled chicken topped with the avocado sauce.
