Avocado Chicken Salad

Instructions
- Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the avocado oil and chicken.
- Cook the chicken for 4-6 minutes per side until no longer pink.
- Remove from heat and let the chicken cool for 10 minutes before shredding.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mashed avocado, celery, red onion, dijon mustard, lemon juice, basil, cumin, and garlic powder.
- Mix everything together until well combined and serve.
