Instructions
- Prepare the grill by cleaning the grates and setting it to medium high heat (400-450°F).
- Pound the chicken breasts between two pieces of wax paper to achieve a uniform thickness.
- Brush both sides of the chicken with avocado oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken smooth side down on the grill and close the lid.
- Cook for 3 minutes, then rotate the chicken 90 degrees for an additional minute.
- Flip the chicken and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- If desired, brush BBQ sauce on the chicken during the last flip.
- Serve and enjoy!
