The chicken

The spice rub

  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, about 350-375°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, sea salt, pepper, olive oil, and lime juice until combined.
  3. Rub the spice mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Place the chicken on clean grill grates and grill each side for 4-6 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
