Instructions
- Pound the chicken to even out its thickness.
- Transfer chicken to a resealable bag.
- Whisk together olive oil, chicken broth, garlic, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken in the bag, seal, and rub to coat.
- Refrigerate for 2 to 12 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (425°F).
- Grill the chicken covered for about 5 to 6 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 160 to 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
