Instructions
- Prepare the brine by dissolving salt and sugar in cold water.
- Pound the chicken breasts to a uniform thickness of about ½ inch.
- Submerge the chicken in the brine for 30 to 60 minutes.
- Remove the chicken, pat dry, and prepare the marinade by whisking together olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, honey, and lemon pepper.
- Marinate the chicken for at least 15 minutes or up to 24 hours.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and brush with oil.
- Grill the chicken for about 3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
