Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the cooking oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, cayenne pepper, creole seasoning, and ground pepper.
- Add chopped parsley and diced green onions, stirring until fully combined.
- Drench the chicken in the marinade, then seal the bowl or place in a ziplock bag, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- When ready to grill, remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until charred and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
