Instructions
- 1. Place the chicken breasts in a bowl or resealable bag.
- 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic.
- 3. Pour the marinade over the chicken and marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours.
- 4. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- 5. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- 6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
