Ingredients

  • 6 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon parsley leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon thyme leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • teaspoons minced garlic

Instructions

  1. 1. Place the chicken breasts in a bowl or resealable bag.
  2. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic.
  3. 3. Pour the marinade over the chicken and marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours.
  4. 4. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  5. 5. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
