Ingredients

The chicken

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts (4 oz each)

The seasoning and marinade

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
  3. Transfer the chicken and marinade into a ziplock bag and mix well.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and brush with oil.
  6. Remove chicken from the marinade and place on the grill.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  8. Serve immediately.
