Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
- Transfer the chicken and marinade into a ziplock bag and mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and brush with oil.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and place on the grill.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve immediately.
