- Cook the chicken for 6 minutes on the first side, then flip and close the lid.
- Cook for another 6 minutes and check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer.
- Ensure the chicken reaches 155°F before removing it from the grill.
- Let the chicken rest for at least 10 minutes before cutting.
